All Futsal Mastery™ products are digital goods delivered instantly upon purchase. Immediately after your payment is confirmed through Payhip, you will receive a download link via email and on the order confirmation screen. No physical items are shipped.
Refunds
Because all products are instant-access digital downloads, all sales are final once the checkout checkbox confirming this has been accepted. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges for change of mind, incompatibility with your device, or failure to read the product description prior to purchase.
Access issues
If you experience a genuine technical problem accessing or downloading your purchase, contact us at contact@futsalmastery.com within 14 days of purchase and we will resolve the issue or provide a replacement download link.
